RETURNS
The Pickled Plum has a 14 day return policy. A return must be requested within 14
days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received and
in its original, (unopened) packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you (from Fastway
Couriers or PUDO) as well as instructions on how and where to return your
package.
Items returned without first requesting the return, will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are
damages or if you have received the incorrect order. We would like to rectify the
issue as soon as possible.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected, and if your
refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take
some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
